Surgeon's name disappeared (NEVERMIND...)

My surgeon's name no longer appears under my avatar, but I cannot figure out why. Her name still shows up on the page with the surgery info and the "surgeon info" shows as active under the Profile "Manage Features" section. Anyone know what happened or how to fix it?

Nevermind... apparently if your surgeon changes her name and you try to put it in as a "new surgeon" name, it won't display it. So you cannot use both the old and new last names...

Glad you found the answer. I can't put my surgery date in because my I have to list my dr. When I try to list him, I always get an error message for him and it wont let me save it.
