Sounds good.. can different types of dressing mix or flavoring be used?

246 in Dec 2008 before banded 1/28/09 at 215 lbs, band crapped 9/09 at 170 lbs and struggled with it and regained to 203 revised to bypass on 8/1/11 and am very happy.

mmm or ranch! im not a huge fan of italian dressing. is there enough sauce to put it over noodles for the kids?

yeah there is lots of extra sauce. And the italian dressing mix really just gives it strong italian flavor. It doesn't taste like salad dressing. I'm getting hungry now thinking about the leftovers and it is not time to eat yet....urgh
