The other day on my chicken post you posted cream cheese chicken recipe! I made it. SO EASY. It finally finished and the chicken is fall apart tender and the sauce is absolutely incredible. Thank you! Everyone should try this!

Just put 8 oz cream cheese, 1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup, and one packet of Good Seasons Zesty Italian salad dressing mix. I cooked it for about five hours.

SO GOOD!

Did you cook it in a crock pot and was it low fat or fat free cream cheese?

Did you cut up the brick of cream cheese or just sort of "plop" it in there?

I heated it up in microwave to melt it and then mixed the soup in that with the seasoning. Then smeared it on the chicken.

You're welcome, you're welcome, you're welcome!! And you wanna know the freaky thing? I made it tonight too!!! Actually, just to speak to how easy it is, my 5 year old made it!! I plopped the chicken in (no raw meat touching for little one) but she did everything for the sauce!!! Isn't that sauce yummy??? I think every early out postop should try this as their first chicken since it's so tender with a nice creamy sauce!!

Glad you liked it!

The sauce is delicious! That is so funny that you made it tonight too! I will be making it often now. My husband ate a lot of it up. Leftovers tomorrow!
