hate to ask this, TMI
I did a suppository this morning and it did work in about 20 minutes. I think everythings out now but I'm still having some abdominal cramping. I imagine that will pass soon, though.

You poor thing! I haven't been for 4 days but luckily (?) I haven't had the halfway thing. I have in the past (years ago) and it was unbelievable. But people are right about the Miralax. My daughter has always had problems and swears to me that it is tasteless. I can't believe I haven't tried it yet. I will today!!! 4 days is enough. Good luck
Cleanse More by Renw Life from my local health store. They are capsules and not small, but I have been able to swallow them without a problem. Take one early evening with a full glass of water, and problems will be gone in the morning. I use them one or twice a week and it keeps me going. Oh, don't try to crack them open and put them into something.. the stuff inside tastes really aweful.
