ugh, pasta
I don't eat pasta very often anymore because my pouch doesn't really like it. When I do eat it, I usually just eat very small amounts. But I almost never eat it.
My partner's brother is a minister and his church has a food pantry and he brought us a big box of food last weekend. We've been struggling for a while financially. One of the things in the box was four boxes of macoroni and cheese.
Well, I wanted to use the food he gave us and I used to really like mac n cheese, so I made some for dinner. Ugh. Feels like I have a brick in my stomach or something. I'm not eating the other three boxes. I gotta find someone to give them to 'cause I don't wanna waste food, but I'm not eating them. I should have known better.

Pasta and rice still make me feel ick most of the time. We had gotten a few boxes of Mac and cheese from our church because we needed food and I tried to mix it with protein and veggies to see if I tolerated it better but it still sat heavy. Every great once in a while I can have a few bites but not often. I find I tolerate lo mein or ramen type noodles better than others. I greatly dislike the brick in my tummy feeling as well!
