Buckling down!!!
So for the last 2 weeks, I have been half-a** doing what I am suppose to. I've been getting my protein in but having a bite of pizza here or a bite of something sweet there. Nothing that was doing catastrophic damage but just doing enough that I could feel some old habits creeping back in. Well...no more! The scale finally moved yesterday. So today, I'm going back to the gym REGULARLY!! I will be staying away from the foods that trigger my old habits. I am 18 lbs away from Onederland. I want to be there by August 19th!!! It starts today.

Well, the good thing is, we can just start fresh when we need to. It makes perfect sense that old habits would creep back in sometimes. I mean, we practiced eating that way for how many years? And you've only been eating the new way for a few months. It's gonna take a while for the new habits to become, well, habits. But you caught yourself slipping into the old habits and you can just refocus. Good for you.
