Newbie....consult August 1st

Hello everyone! My name is Connie. I have been reading all the post for like a week or so. I feel good that there are people out there like me. I hope to have my surgery in Feb/March 2012. I have thought about having this surgery for quite a while now. I decided to stop thinking about it and just do it after seeing my friend pass away from being over weight. I hope that the process goes smoothly for me, but if it doesn't I am still not changing my mind and I am doing this for me and my family!
