hello again ;)

Hi Everyone...its been a while since i have been here...been busy with the kids loving my new life...i have lost 172 pounds since surgery 4/26/10 i currently weigh 145...started at 317...cant believe i made it to my goal...just have to say to anyone struggling...you will get there...just be persistant and follow your plan!!! i miss posting and i will try and be back but right now have some time off work and enjoying being with the kids...take care... :)

Thanks for the positive post! It is good for us pre-ops to hear stories of success. You sound very happy, and that is just awesome!
