Congratulations on your current success.  I am pre-op and weigh about the same as you did at the start of your journey.  I am glad to hear that you have been so successful in such a short period of time.  I bet you are moving around a lot better this summer than last one!

Again, congrats!

Well ladies im probly not a good one to follow menu wise .lol i dont really have a set menu i eat alittle bit of what ever i want really no sugars,i try to stay away from alot of carbs.. i cant eat bread so thats good. i get at least 60g of  protein daily plus my vitamins.  i do eat alot of weigh****chers light string cheese, tuna, beef jerky, and fruit. fat free cottage cheese, i also get the jiffy peanut butter to go cups. its perfect serving size. and Cauliflower pizza is a life saver. let me know if you need the recipe for it and ill post it. Almonds,cashews.. since my surgery i can not tolerate poultry so i eat meats like steak, pork,  and lunchables .i give the desert to my daughter..lol hope this helps.

That is so awesome! Congratulations! I am so happy for you! I just had surgery 1 month ago and I started out around the same weight as you. I need to lose 250lbs. I have a very slow metabolism and worry I won't reach my goal. I am losing slowly. What secrets about your succes can you give me? How did you lose 131 lbs in 5 1/2 months? Again, congrats to you!!!
