What are your favorite post open items at the lovely trader Joe's? I love - the meditteranean hummus, chicken sausages, the sweet potato fries and the simmer sauces!

Sounds good. Have you had them post op? Do they have a lot of sugar in them?

Sugar content is low. I never eat a full serving of anything anymore so I think it worked out to somethingl ike 2g for 3 cookies.

Power Crunch bars, but you can get them other places too. Trader Joe's instant Miso Soup....SOOOO good before bed!

Peach Pops!! 6 in a box for $1.99

Frozen peaches w/ white grape juice in a plastic tube kinda like those frozen icees kids like. 45 cal., no fat, no protein, 11 carbs.
