Favorite restaurant post op???
Of course I'm gonna suggest a place that's way out of the way and expensive...... There's this really cute, romantic restaurant in the George Washington University Inn called Notti Bianchi. It's an italian restaurant (which pre-op I loved for their handmade pasta) but they have a great sirloin steak with asparagus. We used to go there before performances at the Kennedy Center b/c it's within walking distance.
BUT locally, have you ever been to La Flor de la Canela? It's peruvian food, right on 355, & very cute too. Ordering creatively, you can get anything with protein and it'll be good.

hmm, What do you like, or what can you tolerate?
These are some of my favorites:
Mexican- refried beans, faita meat, ground beef,
Chinese- grilled chicken and veggies, egg drop soup
Some things I can order almost anywhere: grilled chicken (get some ff dressing for dipping, or bring your own), veggies, grilled chicken salad, chilli
Have fun!

Mmmm, I love me a good steak! So, anywhere that has some kind of steak. Grilled with a side of roasted veggies. I am a sucker for roasted veggies! If you can't do red meat, I always try to ask for grilled chicken and whatever veggie they have that night. YUM!
Good luck!

I think it says you live in MD. I'm not sure what part. Do you have a La Tolteca where you live? They are a great Mexican restraunt. I know they have a few throughout parts of central MD.
I loved them pre-op and post-op I love them even more. Its so easy for me to go there and order just what I want. I like that I can order a la carte so that I can get just what I will eat, and don't have to have a huge meal left over. Also, I love their prices! Great all around.
