Terrified of Food
Thank you everybody for all your responses. It makes me feel a lot better to knpw people understand. I'm already making better food choices. I think I need to limit my carbs more this early out. I think this journey is just so hard and it changes everyday. It's changed a lot for me in the last few weeks and I haven't lost an ounce since I started eating more. It always makes me wonder if I'm doing the right thing, eating enough, eating too much, etc. But I can do this! Thanks for your help!
