How do i add the ticker tapes?

How do i add the ticker tapes that everyone has that shows how mcuh you have lost so far and how

far you have to go?                           I'm new to the site and haven[t figured it all out yet.  Please help  :)

I am new too..Hi:) 
First..Go to 'My Account' at the upper right hand  of your page...
Then...Click on 'Health Tracker" on the tabs under your profile pic...
Next...select "Tickers and Widgets'
You will see the options to create your ticker
