Um, this might be TMI, but here we go...
Are you taking enough time for foreplay? When I became a Pure Romance consultant, they taught us that as the woman gets aroused, her cervix moves back and up to make her vagina deeper. If you haven't become fully aroused before you begin to have sex, it can make things more painful.
That being said, sometimes you've got to hurry before the kids wake up. When that happens, we just use lots of lube and I get on top so I don't have to go all the way down if I don't want to.
The only down side to losing so much weight is, my husband is active duty in the Air Force so he is in amazing shape & the more weight I lose the easier it is for him to move while he's under me so now he can pick me up off the bed if he wants to go deeper. I'm not mad though. On days I'm not motivated to exercise I just tell myself that I would LOVE for him to be able to stand up & hold me with my legs wrapped around him to do it. That's my motivation for exercising and it works everytime! LOL! That reminds me, I need to hop on the elliptical! HAHAHAHA
Maybe try it on your sides with him behind you? That's a great one!
I hate to say this, but sometimes he wants to do it while I'm cramping before I have my period so I just take some pain medicine (like liquid lortab or vicoden) first.
Hope this helps and sorry for being so graphic!
