how much iron do you take?

 My iron level was 102 and my ferritin was 36 at my 6 month labs on 6/28.  I had been taking 2 of the Bariatric Advantage Iron Chewy Bites 30mg with 60mg Vit C each.  I have increased to 3 daily, hoping to get my ferritin up some.  I take them at night after about 1/3 cup Trop50 orange juice for more vit c...
