I use Bariatric Advantage Chocolate chewables. I think I am in the minority, I look forward to them. LOL Although, I do have to take small bites 1. b/c it's so big and 2. if you don't you'll gag on the chalkiness.

I'm preop. I take GNC calcium citrate +D 2x/day. I have Celebrate chewables + D for after surgery
