I use Bariatric Advantage chewy calcium in lemon...yummy, tastes like a starburst. But expensive since each has only 250 mg calcium AND Bariatric Advantage chewable lozenges in cinnamon...yummy, tastes like a red hot. I switch em up to keep from getting too bored.

I do the chocolate lozenges from Bariatric Advantage, but I always have a bag of their raspberry chewables on hand for a change in pace.

Me, too. I've tried several different calcium citrates, even BA chews and they grossed me out. These go down EASY and the magnesium is exactly what my body needed.

I do chewable calcium citrate from Opurity. It tastes like orange death, but it does the job.

I use Vitalady's Tender Cal-Mag-D3.

1 Capsule =

Calcium Citrate 500 mg
Magnesium Citrate 125 mg
Magnesium Oxide 125 mg
Vitamin D3 250 iu

I take 4 per day. Since I'm taking this and have added in the Proferrin Heme iron for anemia the constipation issues have resolved.
