Calcium poll

Someone suggested a poll about what type of calcium everyone uses, so here it is.

Which do you use:

Citracal

Generic calcium citrate (citrate, not carbonate)

Chewable calcium citrate (like from Celebrate or Bariatric Advantage)

Calcet creamy bites

Caltrate or generic calcium carbonate

Viactive (which is calcium carbonate, which we don’t absorb)

One of those all-in-one bariatric vitamins (like Optisource or Bariatric Fusion)

Upcal D (powdered calcium citrate)

Wellesse (which is a combo of calcium citrate and tricalcium phosphate - we don't absorb that)

Liquid calcium citrate

Something else – what?

Anyone not taking any calcium at all?

Mostly I use Upcal D, but I like Calcet creamy bites for a treat.

Upcal D

Thinking about adding creamy bites, they sound too good to pass up.

They are SO yummy.  I wish they weren't so expensive.

This will probably really screw up your results, LOL, but I take a combination (it cuts down the cost and the number of pills I have to swallow!)...

Generic calcium citrate - mid-day dose every day
Calcet creamy bites - occasionally for afternoon/evening dose
Upcal D - AM dose, every morning

Ah, I forgot to list liquid ones.  I'm gonna fix that now.
