Bread
I use half a flatbread when i want a 'sandwich' - it's not like bread but it's okay to wrap stuff up in. I buy whichever one has the highest protein count. You should stay away from regular bread - it's a pouch filler and a waste of calories. Bread is my demon and I stayed away from it for an entire year after surgery. I can eat it now if I want to, but I usually don't want to. Try wrapping the egg salad up in a lettuce leaf instead of bread.
