Combining complete and incomplete proteins?

I have been pondering (and attempting to research this) for quite some time.  Just because I am curious by nature...

I'm wondering if it is possible to consume an incomplete protein (such as the collagen protein "shots"/"bullets") along with a complete protein and thereby essentially turn the incomplete protein into a complete one so that the incomplete one WOULD get absorbed.  My knowledge of human physiology and chemistry are too limited... and I haven't been able to find an answer or even any info that would lead me to an answer.

Yes, if you combined them.

However, many of the bullets have a tiny bit of whey isolate in them so they can say they are a complete protein, but it's so little whey isolate that doesn't do the job.

When I was using protein shakes for a lot of my protein, I mostly used a brand called Nutribiotic, which is rice protein and therefor an incomplete protein.  I mixed it in skim milk for a complete protein.  My labs clearly proved I was absorbing it.

I do not think you can turn "incomplete" proteins into "complete proteins...
we do need all essential amino acids that a complete proteins provide. But like with vitamins and minerals - we need different qty of the amino acids.  (different % ratio).

Is you take proteins - eat proteins - some of them are turned around and are used to rebuild our tissue, repair and build more muscles (if that is what you do). The rest - is it used for energy.
And consuming just incomplete proteins - would mean that we would be missing some essential amino acids.  Supplementing with amino acids - in a pill form, additional drink etc..  will help to make sure we get enough of all the amino acids our body needs.
That's also why you see the proteins mixes for body builders - have added special amino acids - to stimulate muscle creation, muscle recovery, hormones production, etc.

Hope that answers your question.
