Are you fat phobic?

I don't eat a lot of fat but I don't go out of my way to avoid. Like Lora, I eat real PB and cheese just not often.  I like deep fried foods but have them only on occasion and then only a bite or two.  My pouch doesn't like them.  That's a good thing for me.

Not at all and this is why:

"Fat is not the problem," says Dr. Walter Willett, chairman of the department of nutrition at the Harvard School of Public Health. "If Americans could eliminate sugary beverages, potatoes, white bread, pasta, white rice and sugary snacks, we would wipe out almost all the problems we have with weight and diabetes and other metabolic diseases."

I think the next best thing to solving a probem is finding some humor in it. -Frank A. Clark

We have no say over the hand dealt us in life, but we do have a lot of control over how this hand is played. We are responsible for bringing out the meaning of our own lives in each moment that we live. Remember each moment happens only once and can never be retrieved again. -Roberta Andersen

Oh...if only my body got the memo on that!

I don't eat white bread, pasta, rice. I don't drink soda. FOR THE MOST PART I don't do the snacks (I'm human). I am still considered overweight. My BMI is not that far from obese actually.

Hmph.
