Are you fat phobic?

With food, that is.

I'm not. I eat fat. I just eat it strategically. One thing that helps me is knowing what the numbers on my nutrition label are telling me about the fat in my food.

Check out Bariatric Foodie today to brush up on your label expertise!

Not really, I pay attention to how much of it I eat but don't completely cut it out. Now that I have a bun in the oven I'm eating a few more healthy fats.

No, we need some fat to grease the pipes ,so to speak, and it makes for a nice, shiny coat!

Nope.  I don't eat anything outrageously high in fat (it bothers my digestive system), and I VERY rarely anything deep fried, but I routinely eat butter, REAL peanut butter, REAL cheese, and small amounts of full fat ice cream as a treat.

No, although I don't eat fried foods because I've never liked them.  Most of what I eat is fairly low in fat, but I never use any of the highly-processed low-fat foods, which are usually shockingly high in
sugar.

I love my full fat cheese!

Hey Cleo. Looking good. I do not have a fat phobia. I use olive oil and other good fats whenever I can. I recognize that fat makes you feel full and satisfied and you need it for health! I've read so many posts in the past from people who are plugged up with dry skin and lots of hunger. Fat is the cure

I like real foods, not the chemically enhanced 'low fat versions'. I use real mayo, I eat real cheese and yes, real butter. You get so much flavor, with so much less with these items.
