I take Rite Aid brand daily multi.  I guess it would be equivalent to centrum.  It is not chewable.

My doctor approves of any multi, including Flintstones.

FYI ... I am a D/S'er and I take 2 Multi's from Sam's Club per day. My surgeon recommends these since they are cheap ($10.00 for 450 tablets) and the labs on all his patients are fine with these. They are not chewable...Member's Mark is the brand name for these. They also have Calcium Citrate +D, B-12, B Complex, etc.

I take CVS's version of Centrum Silver.

One of the things I like about it is that I can take my calcium at the same time.

I take Heme iron too.

I take 2 bariatric advantage chewable a day, 2 bariatric advantage chewable calcium, 1 calcet chew a day, 1 baratric advantage sublingual b12 and 1 bariatric advantage iron

What I decided I needed and at some point found buried in a handout from my surgeon's support group but not clearly outlined in my post op plan- he has since gotten clearer- he does say chewable for life
