I take Centrum Chewables right now (thinking about switching to swallowable pills since I can take pills with no problems in another couple of weeks.)  I take the one with the extra iron along with my script due to having anemia.  My doctor's office recommended this.

I take Equate brand Silver multi that is equivalent to Centrum Silver.  As far as the doctor or dietician approving of it I don't know.  I was told to take a Multi once a day and they pushed Optisource which I was not going to take since after researching it was not the best for me.

I take Centrum or the store brand equivalent.  The ones you swallow, 2 a day.  My surgeon does recommend a mult-vitamin 2x day and adds a notation that Centrum is a good choice.

And I haven't got a chance to tell you yet, but I too love the new pic.  You look great!

I take the HEB (generic) brand of Centrum Silver twice a day.  They're smaller than Centrum and a heck of a lot cheaper.  Do I follow my surgeon's recommendation?  Sort of.  He recommends Centrum chewables and I swallow pills.  I think chewables for life (his recommendation for all meds) is just not for me.

I take Bariatric Advantage chewables.  These were on the surgeons "suggestion list" for brands/types of vitamins (along with children's chewables).

I take two non-bariatric specific chewable vitamines a day. QUEST brand.

I was given guidelines at my office, they matched the guidelines, and tasted tolerable so I used them. The clinic did ask what I was taking and I told them. They took note of it but didn't overtly say that was the right choice or not. I assumed it was OK, b/c I assumed that they might have directed me otherwise if they found them unacceptable.
