I take Centrum regular pills (swallowable ones). I started with the chewable the first six months, but can't find them and I have no problem swallowing them.

I do centrum-swallow and centrum-chewables. Which ever one is on sale at the time. My bariatric coordinator recommended centrum chewables.

By the way poet_kelly your pic is pretty.

I am taking at this time multi vitamin that i swallow and calcium + D chewables only since they were on sale  buy one get one free, but once i am done them i be buying the swallowing ones. My doc told me not to take the gummies. Anyways I would not get them since i have dentures and they will stick to my teeth. I dont have problems taking any of my vitamins but wish they makde them smaller than what they are. They to me look like horse pills cause they are so big but when i asked my pharmacy they said thats how they all come in no matter what brand you buy. My doc or dietician only stated to me to keep up the good work and eat the meats first before eating any thing else since meat has more protein . told not to drink any protein shakes that i should  be getting all my protein from my foods i eat. For me I eat what ever I can tolerate. I just know when to stop, and i make sure not to eat any fatty foods and if there is skin i take it off and my fiance will eat it or I throw it away. mostly i trie to take skin and fat off before cooking my meats. Tonight we are having goulash, i cant eat miuch but when first tried it the pasta and sauce did not bother me so I am trying it again. I add little cheese on mine for extra protein.... Roxanne

I chose to go against my surgeon's recommended choice of children's chewable and now take 2 Centrum Silver swallow tablets.

Dr recommended 2 Flinstones per day.  Never went there.  I have the Centrum Silver Chewables as they have no iron in them.  However, for some reason this week I am getting a bad distaste for them.  To the point of gagging just by sucking on them.  I have always hated chewing them up so I suck on mine.  When I am done with this bottle I plan on switching to the kind you can swallow...or maybe sooner since I am gagging when I have to take them.
