Reminder about calcium
Those tablets are 500 mg each, right? So you need to just take one at a time. We can only absorb about 500-600 mg of calcium at one time.

We need 1500-2000 mg calcium a day, though, so you'd need to take two at a time, three or four times a day. I don't know why Celebrate would be instructing people to only take 1000 mg a day. Most of their vitamins are in line with ASMBS guidelines, but apparently not these.

Thanks for helping us with this. You do a fantastic job keeping us informed.
I break my 4 tablets up over teh day (1 when I first get up, one around 10am or lunch, one around midafternoon and one around dinner). However you CAN do two tablets am and two afternoon if you want.
Citrical also makes a Citrical MAX which contains 630mg of Calcium Citrate per 2 tablets. They CAN be kinda big so if swallowing pills is hard, just cut them in half with a pill cutter and they'll go down easy.
But Kelly is right, take no MORE than 500 mg of calcium at a time, and divide your dose(s) up with at least 6-8 hrs in between.
If you take IRON make sure you do NOT take any Calcium with the iron or within 2 hours of your iron.
Warmly,

If there is iron in your multi, though, you won't absorb that iron. You WILL absorb the calcium and everything else in the multi.
