ok...now what do i eat.....
Eggs are a great source of protein by themselves. No added protein is needed. I make eggbeaters in a microwave omlet pan (1/2 circle with lid) and some shredded cheese.
tuna or chicken salad, egg salad or deviled eggs, baked fish, kidney beans, soft cheese chunks,
I add vanilla protein powder to decaf coffee and some sf hazelnut or carmel syrup. I pour it over ice for a nice ice coffee/latte drink.
