Up cal powder
I tried a brand and really can't remember the name.... Metrix? Neutraceuticals? Something like that. Anyway, it tasted like ass & was very expensive. Sticking with the pill form of vitamins.

I love Upcal D. If I put it in a drink and let the drink sit for a while, it does start to settle on the bottle. But all I have to do is shake or stir my drink a little and it mixes right back in. When it's mixed in, I can't even tell it's in there. No taste and doesn't change the consistency of the drink at all.

I've used UpCal D in the past, and yes, it does tend to sink to the bottom of the cup. It is such a small amount used, I just put it in some nice International House Chai or something warm in the evening, and when I get to the last couple of ounces, I just swirl the liquid and down the remainder.
Good luck.
Good luck.
