Since I have NO problem with Whey I tend to use that, since it is the best protein for us (absorbs the best and gives you the most bang for your buck!)
I used the Vanilla or the Tropical one and mix it with some fresh fruits and Torani syrups and milk in a blender with about 1/4 cup of chopped ice and it is HEAVEN on earth to me! I take 8oz before my weight lifting routine and then usually an 8-10oz drink around 8-9pm at night to ensure I get my full 90+ grams of protein a day.
