What's for dinner - Wednesday night!
Family was craving breakfast, so I made biscuits and gravy with poached eggs. I skipped the biscuits and had the gravy over my egg. Very yummy! Also made the gravy with turkey and chicken sausage.

You had to ask. I had about 1900 calories today.
B: cottage cheese and pineapple. Skim milk and (naughty) 3 pieces of bacon. I asked for 2 and they gave me 3 and I ate them.
L: turkey breast, few bites of potato, few bites of stuffing, gravy (not pan but packaged) , skim milk
Snack (this is where it all fell apart): string cheese, TLC granola bar, 6 layer dip, celery, 14 tortilla chips, peach, raw veggies
D: frozen pizza.
And I just cracked open a beer.
