What's for dinner - Wednesday night!

So ordinarily I'd be doing my "church dinner night" happy dance but no church dinner tonight!

I was already supposed to go to my mom's house to help her out with some stuff around the house but work is also crazy, which is why I am still here!!!

Not sure about dinner. I'm thinking maybe a salad from somewhere. I had what we would call a "craptastic" eating day. Well...sorta.

1. A graham cracker with a big goo gob of peanut butter (actually it was 1/2 a graham cracker but still)

2. A friend and I went to Uno's for lunch. Got the salad and half a turkey, bacon and swiss sandwich.

3. A few moments ago I caved to...something (low blood sugar maybe? I was shaky and woozy) and had a bag of Sun Chips

So...that's my big phat carby day. What's on YOUR plate?

B- Lean Turkey, Havarty Cheese on 1 Slice of High protein bread (I ate a little more than half of it)
L- Ground Turkey with Veggies and rice
Snack- 1 Peach- I really, really need to get me more protein snacks

For Dinner we are having Chicken Stew- Chicken tenderloin with red, purple and yukon gold potato fingerlins, squash, fresh tomatoes and herbs

I think tonight's going to be a chicken chili lime burger from Trader Joe's with a slice of 2% pepperjack cheese, pickle slices and ketcup, some edamame and protein pudding for dessert.

i had a huge dinner!but jeez I was craving an italian hoagie. it was so good and satisfying. it wasnt your everyday hoagie, but it hit the spot.well, here it is for today.

For dinner tonight I am making:
Garlic and rosemary pork tenderloin
oven roasted veggies
(Sweet potato, cauliflower, red peppers, onions, carrots with olive oil and thyme)  super yummy.  

Will have some protein banana creme pudding for dessert.

Finally, to purred food in earnest after dipping my toes in with cottage cheese for a couple of days!

I cooked half a chicken thigh with cumin, chili powder, salt, pepper, and garlic, then stuck it in the food processor with a little salsa. Covered the whole thing with a little more salsa and a smooshed slice of avocado. It was lovely. Yay avocado!
