Kale is a leafy green and a superfood. Cut out the stems completely so all you have is the curly leaves. Coat very lightly with olive oil or try spraying with an olive oil spray. Roast at 450 degrees for about 20 minutes bu****ch it closely. When the leaves are thin and crispy remove from the oven and sprinkle lightly with sea salt. Enjoy.

Hmm, need to try that!

I got some squash chips from an Amish grocery this week and they made me dump big time. I think they might have been fried. I've eaten fresh squash with no problems. I was so bummed because I really, really want crunchy.

Thanks!!

I bought the brand Foods that are good for you sweet potato chips. They definatly hit the spot. I have also bought chips made from brown rice, I cant think of the name and Im too tired to get up.

THANK YOU!!!! Yes, I was missing chips and ate a whole bunch on Saturday.  I do not know what happened, whether they balled up or what, but I got something stuck and had the worst reaction since having surgery 19 months ago.  I was in severe pain, and, after throwing up twice, I finally had relief.  This is a wonderful recipe.

kale chips are really good with garlic powder sprinkled on too! May be a bit much for those less than 6 mo out though..... Will be getting back on the kale bandwagon when I can tolerate more watery roughage.....
