Still having the hardest time getting in my vitamins

I am feeling really guilty lately about not getting in my vitamins and protein. I'm working on the protein but for the vitamins sometimes it's just so hard. Some of them make me so sick and I can't keep them down. I feel like I have SO MANY vitamins and it's overwhelming. I KNOW I need my vitamins. I don't need people making me feel even more guilty because I DO KNOW how important it is. Does anyone have any tips to make taking vitamins easier???

If your vitamins are making you sick can you try another kind to see if that helps? I put my vitamins in a vitamin organizer for the week and I start taking them as soon as I get out of bed. They have to be taken 2 hours apart so I have a timer app on my phone that I set every time I take a vitamin and I keep going until I get them all taken.

I'm in the same boat. My nut wants my vitamins spaced out in such a way that I have an alarm going off on my phone every two hours as a reminder. I have appointments with clients at work and can't always stop to take more vitamins. I need to find a way to consolidate it down to like twice a day because I am just not getting them all in with this crazy every two hours thing.

There really is no way to cut it down to just twice a day.  We need 1500-2000 mg calcium citrate and need to break that into three or four doses.  Then we need iron but need to take that at least two hours away from calcium.  So that means we need to be taking vitamins four or five times a day.

I think the easiest way to do it is to take some at breakfast, some at lunch, some at dinner and some at bedtime.

Initially I chose chewables. Ones that I can take anytime. The one that taste good to me. And try to take them with food - in between bites.
Now - I do some chewables and some pills, caps. Some (B12) I get as a shot - injection.

The chewables made me feel really nauseous.  I don't know what kind you're taking, but why not try something else and see if it works better?  Like, I really like Upcal D for calcium.  It's a powder you can mix in any drink and it has no taste at all.  Works great for me.  I also like ENS from Celebrate.  It's a drink mix you put in water and it is one multivitamin.  They also have ENS with protein in it as well as vitamins.  I like B12 shots instead of sublinguals, but you can also use the nasal spray or patch.

I take as many as I can take together first thing in the morning - a multi, my B vitamins, biotin, probiotic, and first dose of calcium. This just leaves the rest of the calcium and another multi for later in the day (I don't have to take iron which simplifies it all.)
