Mixing Click with milk makes it chunky (x post)

I really want to bulk up the protein amount with click but whenever I mix it with milk it has chunks of protein powder that didn't mix good and I just think it is so disgusting. I've tried it in my blender bottle and my ninja mixer and both end up almost chunky. I know a lot of people mix click with milk so what is the secret?

Too thick? Maybe mix a little water first then add the milk?

I recently read that you should always add milk to the powder. Place the powder in first, add a small amount of milk and make a paste, then add more milk and mix. I haven't done it myself but just happened to read about it in bariatriceating.com when I was ordering my unflavored protein. Let us know what REALLY works when you sort it out...

Every day I mix it with milk in a shaker bottle. I add two cups of milk first with a little sugar free syrup and then add click and shake.  No problems unless I add PB2 as well and then I need my magic bullet.  Don't add ice until after you shake it up.  It also heats well with milk, just don't let it boil.

I do it twice a day using milk and have never had chunks....milk first, then powder.   Shake really well.    Works every time!!

I do use 16oz of milk, however, not sure if that's what might make the difference....

I've been putting in the powder first and the milk on top of that. I don't know why I didn't think to do it the other way around. Thanks!

Maybe you have a bad batch of it? I drink click twice a day. I do one scoop of that, 1/2 scoop of unflavored protein powder, and one click scoop of carnation no sugar added. I put 8oz of skim milk in my shaker bottle and add the powder. I shake well and there are never any clumps. Maybe it's the kind of milk you are using?

I don't know if it makes a difference but I add my liquid first, then powder then I push the blender ball through the powder before i put the lid on and shake like crazy.
