I know! I love that place. And they have Click!
My favorite find so far is Chef Jay’s Lite Bites cookies (I heard a rumor they were discontinuing those). They have a good deal of protein and still taste and feel like a cookie. YUM.

I have Click once a day, but I add a scoop of "unflavored" protein (although it does have a protein-y flavor) when I make it. The brand is Ultimate Nutrition Iso Sensation 93, in Natural. It is 30 g of protein per scoop, and only 1 g of carbs (less than 1 g sugar!!), so now my Click drink is at 45g protein - that's already more than 1/2way to 70g. The Click is so flavorful that it more than compensates for the taste of the unflavored & it makes the Click a little thicker and creamier.

My favorite protein powder comes from GNC and it is Max Protein. I can taste the difference, even in a shake. I also make protein ice cream, but I whip the heck out of a shake before I put it in the ice cream maker. The blog above has some amazing protein ice cream recipes, and other recipes as well. Worth checking out.

I hate most protein powders and I don't have the patience to spend a bunch of time making shakes with 6 ingredients (that I still don't care for most of the time). So I highly recommend mixing unflavored or vanilla protein powder in SF hot chocolate made with water. (I like Nestle the best). You'll never even know the unflavored is in there, and the vanilla makes it taste like you melted a marshmallow in it.
Good for you for committing to increasing your protein!
You really DO need it.

Hi Lora I have a question for you. I have the Unjury unflavored protein mix but I am leary of adding it to hot liquids after a bad experience when adding it to a cream soup. Unjury says it cannot be added to anything over 130 degrees but isn't hot chocolate hotter than 130 degrees usually? I need to get a liquid thermometer but can't seem to find one anywhere. All I can seem to find is meat thermometers. Any suggestions? Are all protein powders similar as far as not adding to anything over 130 degrees?
