What's for dinner - Wednesday!

Church dinner! Church dinner! How I LOVES me some church dinner.

I feel like Emma Lazarus, waxing poetic about little old Lutheran ladies:

"Bring your mashed potatoes, your fresh bread, your hearty meats and sauces. Bring your puddings and Jell-O molds, longing to be devoured by my hungry mouth. I hold my lamplight beside my empty plate!"

(Cool points to whoever knows the poem I just mimicked)

I dunno what I'm having for dinner but whatever it is, it'll be carby and fattening. Thankfully I managed to eat like I have half an iota of good sense today (calories wise at least). Here's what I've had.

1. PB oatmeal (350 calories and, sadly, only about 12g of protein)
2. A Starkist tuna kit (210 calories, 20g of protein)

Later on tonight I'm going to make a double shot shake so I can reach my goals. Also, it'll keep me from noshing. So little old ladies, bring it!!!!

What's on your plate?

I usually get 2 dinners. one around 5-6  pm, the other close to 8 pm.

So the first dinner was:
curried liver + 1 tbs of flax meal plus Belgium Endive as a raw vegetable.   (I did not have any starch to add to that, so flax made it thick - and absorbed the curry sauce)

then the second will be:
miso soup
pork roast + mushrooms.

I've just spent 2 hours looking at menus. Today is our anniversary and I'm responsible for picking the joint. I think I've settled on carmelita's. It's a very nice vegetarian choice.
I had fun searching!
