I can't believe the last Harry Potter movie is just around the corner. I have grown up with Harry Potter and loved the books and the movies and have followed them every step of the way. I'm excited for the final movie to come out but I'm also really sad! How does any other HP lovers feel?

I am a Potter-maniac! I've been subsisting on fan fiction since the series ended.

I am so excited about the movie! I actually liked Deathly Hallows, pt. 1 (which was a pleasant surprise because after not liking movies 3, 4 or 5, I was a bit skeptical). La Grande Diva was mad because of Dobbie but otherwise they both liked it too.

I can't wait to see how the rest of the book is interpreted. I've actually taken that day off so I can see it in peace!!!!!

I'm going to a double feature the night before it opens to see the part 1 and part 2. I loved the 7th movie but I didn't like the 3rd or 5th much. 4th is actually my favorite.

I'm LIVING on fanfiction sites. What kind of fanfiction do you like?

I'm 34 and such a Harry Potter geek lol Granted I love the books more than the movies. I'm waiting till 1&2 come out on DVD so I can watch it all at once.

I can't say I'm sad about the last movie though. While I think they are decent for what they are I'm more of a fan of the books. Now when the last book came out I was sad lol

How much of a geek does it make me if I bought my tickets to see the last HP about a *month* ago?

I read all the books, I wont get into it, but I am disappointed with a several things this last couple of movies.

I am SO excited for the final movie! I loved all of the books. And while some of the movies were somewhat disappointing, I've loved all of them as well! What makes this last movie even more exciting is it being in 3D!

I am also a little sad, though, that it's the end.

Yeah I'm a Harry Potter geek too...I was very disappointed in the way they portrayed Snape in the last movie (where as in the books he becomes a true hero to Harry)..I can only hope that they rectify this in teh last movie.

The movies are nice and all...Overall I prefer the books. :)

Warmly,
Jackie (who will see the movie on the 16th)

I too love Harry Potter. I was sad when the last book came out because I didn't want it end. J K Rowling is starting a website pottermore.com. It will be available to everyone in Oct. I'm going to the midnight showing if I can find a babysitter
