While I do agree with most of what has been said here, let me be more direct. You need to take charge of this yourself. Call the insurance company and get the info yourself. Demand answers and then do what it takes to get it done now. Stop being complacent and frustrated; take charge of your own fate now. This may anger the advocate, but let's face it, she could not care less about your success.

There is no reason that you must rely on this advocate.
