How do you remember to eat??
I am never hungry and find eating to be an annoying chore. I always eat first thing when I wake up and I drink throughout the day but I'll look at the clock and realize it's been 5 hours since I've eaten anything at all. And I eat such a little amount in the first place. Any tips on remembering to get a good amount of food in?
Me I eat when the kids eat. Keeps me on a pretty normal schedule that way.
