How do you remember to eat??

 I am never hungry and find eating to be an annoying chore. I always eat first thing when I wake up and I drink throughout the day but I'll look at the clock and realize it's been 5 hours since I've eaten anything at all. And I eat such a little amount in the first place. Any tips on remembering to get a good amount of food in?

Set an alarm on your cell phone and/or computer.  After a few months it becomes habit and you will be far less likely to "forget" to eat.

 Thats a good idea. 

Some days I am feeling better and then some days are just terrible. I'm doing okay today but the last two days I just couldn't stop throwing up and everything I ate felt horrible. I wish I had a better answer on what makes my pouch so grumpy.

 Me I eat when the kids eat. Keeps me on a pretty normal schedule that way.

I have a schedule that I work during the work week.  It is easy to do.  I know when I have to have snack and meals to get my liquids in.  The weekends are a different story.
