Why can't I break into the 100's already! For weeks now I has been hovering in the low/low 200's

COME ON!!!! What do I have to do to make it go below 200! I work out 5 x's a week and would work out more but I don't want to be counter productive. I eat well, drink, manage to get in my protein.....
