Vitafusion B Complex?

Saw these at the store and decided to try them.  I like them better than the bariatric advantage sublingual B12, which seems to take forever to dissolve.  Does anyone know if these will be absorbed properly?  I know it can be weird with B12.

I can't find a good link to them online with complete stats, but I found the following - i think this is the same as the one I bought (it's called Boost B rather than B Complex though).

1 gummy:

Vitamin C - 15 mg (25%)

Niacin - 20 mg (100%)

B6 - 2 mg (100%)

B12 - 30 mcg (500%)

Folate - 400 mcg (100%)

Biotin - 75 mcg  (25%)

Panthothenic acid - 10 mg (100%)

I believe our B12 needs to be sublingual to absorb properly.
