Wow, you had corn?? I was told I'd never be able to eat corn. So far I can't eat a full meal with meat, and veggies together. Tummy still refusing to accept extra volumes of food.

what I've had all day:
oatmeal cooked in skim milk
vanilla protein shake made with skim milk and 1/2 banana
chicken breast in a garden salad
a few cocoa almonds
a cheese stick
grilled portobella mushroom with a cream cheese/blue cheese/walnut concoction I just made up.  I added some snips of chives.
I will have some greek yogurt with granola and strawberries before bed.

I just met with the WLS diatition.  I started jogging and have felt no enegery.
I knew i needed to up the food intake.
So, she advised me to increase my protein and complex carbs and eat around 2000 cals a day.

On fitday, I usually end up at around 1400 and I feel like I'm eating all day.
I'll be 4 years out this September.  2,000 cals a day feels like a lot.
I have lost 140 lbs and have not gained any back.

I'm 5'11".

The mushrooms were delish.  My family had steak, but steak does not agree with me.

Edamame salad (black beans, edamame, lime juice, garlic, splenda). Can't add tomatoes or peppers yet for the stage I'm in. Needing the fiber if you know what I mean! lol

Another instance of Nik wanting to be like Shari.

I eat, I gain weight. Even though I don't eat nearly what I burn...I gain weight. I have 25 lbs. to prove it!

The low cal thing seems to keep this at bay. I even lost three pounds.

I got effed up metabolism.

By the way I love Arctic Zero. Between that and Carb 4, you have never steered me wrong on desserts.

Sig Ot bounced back 20 pounds as well. All I can guess is that you all dieted, and I never did. I always had a hunch it messed up peoples' stuffs!
