What are you doing/eating today...Thursday (aka almost Friday)
Good morning! It's a beautiful day in my neighborhood! Blue skies, 85 degree high, nice winds. It don't get much better'n that!
Today is work, then the girls and I are walking around the lake. I am waiting until just before sunset to go though. It's so beautiful out there at that time.
Eats today:
1. Breakfast wrap: high fiber taco sized tortilla filled with egg whites, cheese and bacon with a dab of salsa.
2. Curried fish stew (I finally got good enough at this recipe to make EXACTLY five lunches worth)
3. Greek yogurt with Hi-Lo Vanilla Almond protein cereal
4. Barbecue bacon cheese meatloaf (oh yeah baby!). I'm making smashed red potatoes for the kids, ribbon butter zucchini for me.
5. I will probably have something when I get home later. Not sure what though.

Well I have finally broke the stall I created by eating like cramp while staying with mother for a month I dont have ice cream at home and mom's is teaming with the stuff but anywho down 6# in a week !!!

Good Morning...yeah still morning technically. Running a little late today, pretty busy at work.
Ive been experimenting with breakfast. For the past week and half, had a slice of whole grain bread with natural PB. I noticed I wasnt as hungry. Today I had my old shake...Im hungry and Ive been busy so apparently the shake isnt cutting it. Either I need to work on getting in more protein via food, or move my shake to dessert.
Oh, good note...havent had any blood sugar issues for a few days now.

How much protein is in your shake? I noticed that too and bumped my shake up to 42g and it ended up making me full for TOO long.
Do you work out in the morning or walk? If so, I'd say the toast/PB combo is a smart choice.
