I dunno what the old ladies are cooking up but I am HUNGRY!!!

I think my pouch is broken. I may need to have it serviced ;)

Here's what I've had today:

1. Rice cake w/ peanut butter rushing out the door
2. Curried tilapia stew

Oh man...maybe that's why I am starving. Put together I think that's MAYBE 500 calories which, to a three year post op, is not a lot.

Hrmmm...

Anyway, what's on your plate tonight?

I have no idea. Meeting the girls out at the local Greek place to chat and get away from the kiddos for a bit. They have amazing scallops and fish so not sure.

 For dinner:

Salmon, 2onces
small salad with low fat Thai Peanut dressing...yummy for favorite!

I eat fish alot now, probably 5 night a week.  But I like it, it goes down easy and it fills me up for a long time.

Thai Peanut dressing...that sounds YUMM!!!!

Do you have a recipe? I'm working on a list of recipes to keep in my kitchen for when I am adding foods back.

I WISH!  I do not have a recipe I bought it at Trader Joe's....and the worst part is that I can't find it now.  FRUSTRATION!!  I need to talk to the manager or something because when this bottle runs out I think I might die!  LOL

It is really really good.  I have had the bottle for months because I hardly use one tablespoon at a time.

Half a piece of lasagna tonight.  Its the last of my leftovers.

And I have a doctored version of Eggface's protein cake in my fridge.  I may have a small slice for dessert but I'll see how I feel after dance class.

I think my pouch need servicing too.  Curried Tilapia stew sounds good to me. Maybe you could share your recipe for Curried tilapia stew.  I would love to try it.
