Right now I'mm really into rebounding. I do it for 50 to 60 minutes a day at home on a reboundair.
It's a great workout, easy on the joints and fun to blast my favorite tunes.

Ok if you want the honest truth.
When not sidelined due to an injury:
Mon: Run 4-5 miles (increases monthly so soon it will be 4-6 miles) With stretching warmups
and cooldowns takes about 60 minutes WU and CD are .25 miles.
60 min Weights
Mon Night: 45min ATA
Tues: 60 Minute Spin Class
60 Minutes Weights
Weds: Swim laps 15-20 minutes
Run 3-4 miles
60 minutes Weights
Weds Night: 45 min ATA
Thurs: Swim 20 minutes
Spin 40 minutes
Weights 60 minutes
Friday: Run 6 miles
60 minutes weights
Sat or Sun: 60min road bike or a 5K or something.
I usually hit the gym between 5 or 5:30 am, but due to life and schedules and such I may not make it in if not I will get in a run at work. so I am doing physical activity for 13-14 hours a week on avg. As I train for my goal primary goal next year a 70.3 Half Ironman these times will start increasing.

I'm not cleared for strenuous activity yet.
For the last three weeks I've been walking 30-40 minutes at a pace of 3mph five times a week.
I have no expectations of what this will do as far as gauranteed weight loss. I do it for heart health.
I hope to start incorporating a little resistance training once I'm cleared by the doc.

Six or 7 days a week, I go on my exercise bike for 1 hour (18 miles). Weekends, I also go for 1 or 2 3-mile walks. I do strength training, usually with resistance bands, 2-3 times a week.
I've got an appointment set up with a trainer, as I want to learn more about strength training, and that is an area I need to work on.
I think the amount of exercise I did was why I had only 2 very short stalls through the first year.

At almost 4 years out, I ride my recumbent bike for 20-30 minutes 2 or 3 times per week and I do some minimal strength exercises 2 or 3 times a week. That's it. The only thing I get from it is keeping halfway decent muscle tone. I quit losing weight over 2 years ago. I have one very bad knee (and one moderately bad knee) that has gotten worse over the past year or so, and many days doing anything that requires movement of the knee (even if it is non-weight-bearing activity) hurts. My weight is stable, though... I just have to be more diligent about what I eat (1400 calories) since I do not exercise much.
Even before my knee got SO bad, I tried a heavy-duty 4-5 times per week exercise program (30-45 minutes of cardio and then an equal amount of time on the machines). My weight increased at about a pound a week for almost 8 weeks (but I dropped my body fat % by 3%). I forced myself to do it because I really wanted a more toned body (nothing major, just didn;t want to be so "soft"), but I hated it. I have always hated to exercise and STILL hate to exercise. I have NEVER felt any kind of endorphin rush, even when I did a lengthy, high heart rate workout. I tease my surgeon about how she apparently forgot to flip the "I love to exercise" switch when she did MY bypass. So... even once I break down and get my knee replaced, I will still probably not do much more exercsie than I do now.

You don't drown by falling in the water. You drown by staying there.
Lora,
Something is better than none! Besides I think I do enough to cover is both! I think my doc flipped the switch to turbo.

LOL. You're not the only one here whose switch is on "turbo", but if y'all enjoy it, go for it!
Yes, something IS better than nothing. I would prefer doing nothing, of course, so doing something is actually an accomplishment. I would MUCH rather do something fun that requires MOVEMENT than do formal EXERCISE.
