L: 28g cheese crisp crackers
2 wedges lite laughing cow cheese

B: 4oz pork roast
2tbsp gravy

60g protein drink drank throughout the day

RNY on 12/02/10 with
the family had tacos, so since I dont do bread or tortillas, I just mixed all fixin's and made a 4oz taco salad, it had hamburger meat tomatos lettuce and sour cream.  It was pretty yummy too
