What's for dinner - Monday night!

3.5 ounces of chicken!   UGH, the biggest quantity of food I've eaten since mid-April but dang, I was empty.    And of course now I'm panicking that I just at 3.5 ounces of chicken...seems like too much!!!

 Not feeling food today at all. So dinner is an Isopure smoothie.. Yum....Maybe later I will grab something more solid like some shrimp or chicken.

 Leftover Lemongrass grilled chicken from the Thai restaurant I went to for lunch with roasted veggies.  They served so much I could eat it possibly all week long.....

MONDAYS ALWAYS CHALLANGE ME. I GET OFF WORK AT 5ISH THEN GO TO 1 HOUR OF YOGA AT 645 AND DONT WANT TO EAT BEFORE I GO. (MAKES ME PUKY) I WALK THERE AND BACK (25 MIN EACH WAY)  SO HOME JUST AFTER 8. I DONT WANT   EAT THAT LATE AND CANT EAT EARLIER IM AT WORK.  WHATS A GIRL TO DO???? ANY IDEAS FRIENDS?

Hey I noticed we are in the same city and go to the same office!  Dr. Fuller did my surgery 17 days ago!  So good to see a local on here!

Howdy!

I am SO not in the mood to rustle up anything!  I'm not feeling particularly hungry and I've already gotten in 120 or so of protein for the day.  Might either make a shake or just have some lunchmeat and cheese and call it a night...

Gots me a wicked-azz sunburn at the moment... feel like just being lazy and hitting the sheets early tonight.

 whoa! What in the hell did you eat today to get 120g of protein in already lol? Kudos to you....i do good to get 40 g a day lately ,...and Nik what is that dreamcicle yogurt?

Ha!  I was just not feeling like doing much at all today, so I've had three protein lattes (two cold, one hot... each at least 35 grams of protein) and a cup of greek yogurt with some blueberries.

Of course, my plan to have some lunchmeat and cheese didn't pan out... the lure of some dark chocolate was too strong and that wrapped up my allotment for the day!

Breakfast 1/2 cup of cream of wheat
Snack string cheese
Lunch 2 oz of grilled chicken (had a queasie feeling)
Snack string cheese
Dinner taco soup

Someone tell me if I'm doing okay!!  I can't stomach eggs in the morning
