I am proud to say I am finally taking my vitamins! It took me a long time to work up to it but I am doing a pretty good job now. I just have a few questions to make sure I am taking the right amount and at the right time.

I am taking Bariatric advantage multivitamin capsules. You need to take 6 of these a day. Do I need to spread them out? I've been taking 3 or 4 in the morning and the rest a few hours later. Can I take them all at once?

I also have vitalady tender cal -mag-d3 capsules at 500 mg of citrate a pill. I;ve been taking one with my multis in the morning and then spreading them out two hours a part.

I have b1 thiamine that I take with the multis everyday. 100 mg a capsule.

I have trader joes b 12 1000 mg sublingual. Not sure about this one. How often do I take this one? Once a day? A couple times a week? Is there a specific time I should take this one??

Last but not least I have natures plus high potency chewable iron It 27 mg and I take two before bed.

I took such a long time to do this right and I want to make sure I AM doing this right. Please let me know. Thank you so much.

Sounds like you are taking all the right ones. I think there are different ones for men and women, but I'm taking a Multivitamin from GNC called Men's Health. I think they have those for women to. I take the B12 sublingual once to twice a week. I also take additional vitamins to like K2, Omega 3,6,9, B complex, Calcium, Vitamin E, and a couple other ones for red blood cell formation and blood flow. Once in a while I will also take a Beta Carotene and iron.

Do you know what your current B-12 is?  I suggest you take it daily, 1000 isn't a large amount to take.

On the Multi-vitamin split them out to 2-3 times a day.

The Calcium does need to be spread out during the day at least 2 hours apart and 2 hours from your iron too.
