OMG....CLICK Might just be the answer....
I want to start off by saying I HATE PROTEIN POWDERS. I have tried SO many of them and they are SO disgusting to me. I found CLICK in Vitamin World and I tried it and LOVE IT. It doesn't taste like icky protein at all! I wi**** had more grams of protein in it but I am just happy I found something with protein in it that I like. Also if they came out with a caffiene free version I would be drinking it all day. I bought the mocha one. I can't wait to try the other one. Now I know what all the fuss is about!
Best price I have found is the subscription program on Amazon.com. We use it every day. Favorite is one scoop of chocolate/one scoop of vanilla in milk with a little sugar free caramel syrup. I have everyone at worked hooked on it too and keep a couple of gallons milk in the work fridge and a magic bullet on the counter. Some people use one scoop of regular chocolate protein...I like BSN Synthra 6 chocolate milkshake or BSN Lean Dessert Chocolate pudding (22 grams protein per scoop) with one scoop of Click. It really tastes like a Frappachino when you mix ice in in the blender. Amazon sells individual ones too...I use them when we travel.
I LOVE caramel frappes frim McDonald's, but I won't see myself ever having another one. I mix 8oz 1% milk, 5 ice cubes, 1 scoop Vanilla Latte Click, 1 scoop birthday cake protein powder (it's what I have, but I'm sure vanilla protein powder would work fine too), 1tsp Davinci SF caramel syrup, & 1 tsp benefiber in a blender every morning for breakfast. With the 1/2 serving of click, the scoop of protein powder, and the milk it's about 42g of protein and it tastes wonderful! You can even top with light ready whip and drizzle some sugar free caramel sundae syrup (in the squeeze bottle) if you don't mind a few extra calories...if it's too sweet for you, you can try adding 1/2 tsp of the sf Davinci syrup.
You can even make click into fudgesicles if you mix 2 cups of milk with 2 scoops of protein powder and 1 or 2 scoops of click. Then when you get the lumps out, mix in one box of sf pudding for 2 minutes and pour into popsicle molds. It makes about 6 fudgesiclesicles. If you use one scoop of click, you would get about 12.8g protein per fudgesicle. If you used 2 scoops of click, you would get about 14g of protein per fudgesicle. (Personally, I don't think you get enough added protein to be wasting a whole second scoop of the Click, but whatever helps us get out protein in.)
