What is your favorite snack?

Hey RNY-er's! I have a desk job, so I don't move a lot. By the time I get home I am mentally drained. I think I have sabotaged my weight loss because of the snacks I eat at my desk, the lack of movement and a lot of mental stress. I really try to stick to healthy snacks, but sometimes I give in and have some potato chips or some candy. I'm also a big coffee drinker.

I would like to know what do you snack on through out the day? Especially if you have a desk job. Thank you in advance to any replies.

i like string cheese, a handful of nuts/trail mix, and deli meats (turkey, salami, etc).

Pure Protein protein bars, pepperoni chips (turkey pepperoni that I cook for 45 seconds or so in the microwave until crisp), grapes and laughing cow cheese, string cheese, nuts, carbmaster vanilla yogurt with almonds in it...to name a few.

My favorite snack is deviled eggs, but I guess that isn't doable at a desk. I also like mixed nuts.

When I have the urge to crunch, I eat Kashi GoLean cereal. I put some in a kiddie cup and eat it from there.

banana, strawberries, string cheese, laughing cow cheese wedge + an ak mak cracker, egg salad or hardboiled egg, sometimes I'll have sugar free hard candy to suck on

 Cheese. I am obsessed with cheese as a snack. For some reason I crave it like crazy. Sometimes I'll just have a small chunk of cheddar cheese, more often I have a pack of pizza flavored Just The Cheese (superamazingawesome snack, btw), but my current favorite is goat cheese on cucumber pieces. You can find little babybel size goat cheese rounds at some grocery stores. I got mine at Safeway. I use cucumber pieces all the time instead of chips. Or, if I really need something crunchy I stick with sesame rice thins or soy crisps (soy crisps have protein).
